Our team works side-by-side with you throughout the implementation process to make sure that every payroll situation is accounted for. We aren’t satisfied until you’re certain that your tables are set up correctly and all the calculations are exactly right.

Once you’re happy with the initial setup, the testing begins. The no-risk testing cycle allows you to run IDI’s integration system through the gauntlet, with no risk of producing inaccurate paychecks. We’ll encourage you to test every scenario that you deal with, as well as scenarios you might encounter in the future.

You’ll be able to compare the results with your own, and double-check every paycheck to ensure it’s 100 percent accurate.

If any results aren’t exactly what you need, we’ll make adjustments and resume testing.

Typically, we recommend our clients do two rounds of parallel testing before considering implementation complete and going live. We want you to feel comfortable with the accuracy of the results before you transition entirely to automation.

Because we’ll be working with other vendors who have their own systems to implement, our end of the process may enter a waiting mode at certain key points. Don’t worry!
